The 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor of a six storey historical building which was once home to one of St. Petersburg's founding architects, with a lovely view of the river Neva. Internally, the accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard by the owners ( a London Interior designer) and the artwork throughout the property has been painted to suit each room by the artist himself. Design of the apartment is Modern & Contemporary. The apartment has beautiful solid oak floors, light walls, contemporary furniture, 32 inch Sony lcd. All rooms are isolated, there are 2 bedrooms with Euro King size beds, a living room with pull-out sofa-bed for 2 3.2M x 1.7M and a Cabinet with pull-out sofa-bed for 2. It is in the heart of the embassy area with its many tree lined pedestrian boulevards and close to Tavrichesky park (Tauride Gardens), the river Neva, Fontanka water way and the sights of St. Petersburg as State Hermitage Museum and Palace Square, Summer Garden, Bronze Horseman, Saint Michael's Castle and Smolny are all within easy walking distance. The tube station is close to hands but not really required as this property is within close walking distance to all the main architectural delight which St. Petersburg has to offer.
